  On Thursday we went to the location at 18:00. The girl there said that we have no booking and the ship is full at 18:30, so they denied the service and a cash refund also. She offered the next day, but our plane was about to take off on the next morning. She promised that I will got a refund but was not able to give any document as a written proof of this promise.

  After 15 minutes of argument she directed us to another employee. She made the same excuses and made the same empty promise. After another 10 minutes of argument she started a call to get a written commitment from their accountant.

  Few days later on Wednesday morning I called the given number. I wanted to have a booking for Thursday, 19:00. She said that time is full, but we can go with my girlfriend at 18:30. Based on this information I made an online booking via their site and paid it with bankcard. Approx. 1 hour later I got a call from their central office that my booking is accepted and confirmed.

  After a long call she said, that she has spoken to her boss, we can get the service: a boat will transfer us to the ship. The boat trip was quite joyful, but then it turned out the we will get only 10 minutes of fly instead of the 15 minutes we paid for, because the sun was about to go down. The argument was valid, however they did not offer any refund for the ~33% minus.
