  Són atents i amables. A vegades en el tema de la telefonia mòbil no coneixes tots els passos previs o intermedis i cal preguntar molt. Per exemple l' activació del roming.

  Called in to Orange shop to buy simcard for mifi as only need data. The guy sold me a sim for 20 euros and told me I could top it up when I needed. Tried to register on orange.es and went back to shop as couldn't set up account. Big change in attitude. I discovered I have to top up 20 euros every month which isn't what I wanted and wasn't what I was told. I asked for refund and the guy just said no and turned away from me. If you have a problem they are just like Orange in France - unhelpful and I won't be coming back here again!! Advice would be to go to Movistar or Vodafone. If I could give a minus star for unhelpful staff, I would.

  My second visit, to fix that, I had to wait over half an hour as one employee was on one transaction the whole time and the other was helping all other customers. The employee couldn't help me, I had to call Orange customer service. I think office staff should be able to do more to help customers (but not the office staff fault really).

  I only rate 3 stars. One of their employee was very helpful and spoke three languages (Spanish, French and English). However, the *2* transactions I made with the recharge machine (with the help of another worker who's French was limited - no complaint here, we are in Spain) did not process with Orange.

  Wir waren auf der Suche nach eine SIM-Karte fürs Internet und es hier auch gefunden. Die Mitarbeiter können sehr gut Englisch. Beraten top. Und haben uns den mobilen Hotspot vor Ort sogar eingerichtet. Für 75 euro haben wir hier ein Router mit SIM-Karte und 7 Gb Daten bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
